Return Policy

We follow a No Refund, No Return policy.

However, exchange is allowed only in the following case:

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product

Conditions for Exchange:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video is mandatory (clear and continuous, without cuts)
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

If the above conditions are not met, no exchange will be provided.
